Here are a few handy things to know so your purchasing experience is what you expect.
Pattern Support: While I will try to answer questions and offer help specific to patterns, I don't offer pattern support beyond one year from the publication date for patterns I don't own. Those have been sold and I can't make changes to them. Please contact the publisher if you have an issue with their publication. I own all my self-published patterns and love to hear your feedback. I will do my best to understand, explain, or correct an error (we all make them!). I currently do not teach knitting techniques or offer classes.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations: All sales are final. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Processing Time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
