Shipping Shipping is U.S. first class mail unless otherwise requested.  If the requested service costs more, the buyer will be required to pay the difference. Returns I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so please let me know if you ever have a concern about one. I accept returns for store credit as long as it is returned in the same condition it shipped out in, and I do not refund shipping costs.  Backordered/Out of Stock Items Things happen...some times I'm out of what you'd like, I'll contact you immediately for direction.  I'm happy to substitute, refund or ship when available.
