Yes, you're in the right place.  This is martaschmarta.  There are a lot of opinions on using "under construction" pages.  To be honest, I'm just not a professional website designer so I have to put everything I want in all at once or I'll make a mistake somewhere.  In fact, I'm probably one of "those people" who go searching around the internet for cool stuff then ask for permission to use it, copy the code, make my own changes, credit the designer and use it.  um...I try not to do like suck up someone else's bandwidth...I have some ethics.  That said, I also try to give credit where credit is due.  So, people, ask before taking and use your own server space.  and she steps off her soapbox...

I found this little gem via Web Deigns by Carson. Maybe you should give them a holler if you're looking for someone who actually knows how to do this stuff.
